Big Trouble in the Tiny Village
Deep in the American countryside, the little town of Miller’s Hollow has been infiltrated by werewolves. Each night, these monsters murder more of their fellow townsfolk. It is now time for the remaining villagers to take control of the situation and eliminate the evils that walk hidden within their midst.
Werewolves of Miller’s Hollow
A social deduction game of distrust, suspicion, and survival for groups of eight to eighteen players
As the tiny hamlet of Miller’s Hollow lies beset by monstrous enemies, players secretly assume the roles of its various townsfolk, organising to uncover the lycanthropic murderers and save their town.
Distrust and Suspicion Run Rampant
To Begin the Game
The Game Moderator takes the appropriate number of character cards, shuffles them, and assigns one to each other player secretly.
The character card determines both your role within the game and your goals
If you’re secretly a werewolf, you want to devour all the other non-werewolf townsfolk. However, if you’re secretly an innocent villager, you want to help your neighbours identify and eliminate all of the werewolves. If Miller’s Hollow is saved from those evil predators, you secure victory for yourself and your fellow survivors.
The game rounds alternate between actions taken at night and those taken during the phases

Night timeEach night, when the villagers fall asleep, all the players close their eyes. Then, in the darkness, the werewolves wake up, open their eyes, and claim a new victim. Once their bellies have been filled, they close their eyes again until sunrise. Special villager actions also take place at night! |
Day timeAt sunrise, the Game Moderator calls upon all players to open their eyes and recognise the victim that was killed in the night. At this point, the remaining townsfolk gather as an angry mob and try to identify the guilty parties. After a short and heated debate, they vote to eliminate a player that they suspect is a werewolf, and that player is removed from the game. |
A Heated DebateOf course, since the werewolves are present during the village’s arguments, they do their best to shield themselves from suspicion. Lying, bluffing, and even telling the truth—all forms of argument are available. You are only restricted from revealing your true identity, though you can claim to be whoever you want! |
